Return and Exchange Policy

Keeping up our promise of a hassle-free shopping experience, we make sure we offer easy returns. Should you not be happy with a purchase from us, don’t swear; we have got you covered. You can either return your purchase with another item, get a credit note, or opt for a refund.

How can you return your item?

The buyer must contact Zazfy Luxury via email (support@zazfy.com) or call us at : +91 9711960320 for replacement/return. 

When can you return an item?

The request must be made within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Any claim/request for replacement/return beyond the period of 24 hours shall not be accepted.

What can you return?

Item returned should be in the same condition as when received by the buyer, with all its belongings including tags, authenticity seal, papers and packaging. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or received without its original belongings and authenticity tag.

Conditions under which you cannot return/exchange an item:

  • Returns/Exchange are not allowed for items viewed in person either through private viewing, open deliveries or any special request. 
  • Returns/Exchange are not applicable on apparel and jewellery. 
  • Please note that the any returns/exchange request will not be honored if the product is being sold under any sale or promotion. 
  • International shipments cannot be returned. However, Zazfy Luxury can help list the product and resell it on a quick basis. 
  • Shipping charges are excluded in refund and credit note and are non-refundable.

Once your request is processed, our operations team will be responsible for carrying out the reverse pick up for your product at the earliest available slot. A return shipping fee of Rs.500 will be levied regardless of order cancellation or exchange/refund.

Please note that the returns will be done on the value of the final value of the product on the invoice excluding the shipping charges (COD or prepaid).

*Please note that all refunds are in a form of bank transfer only, irrespective of the mode of payment to us. 

Please Note: There is no return or exchange in new products or brand new condition.

EXCHANGES

  • You can exchange your item if you are not happy with your purchase with any other item. Incase you do not wish to exchange an item immediately a CREDIT NOTE* will be issued.
  • The credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • The credit note is non transferable and cannot be encased after date of expiration.
  • You can redeem the credit note multiple times and across the entire collection of the website. Credit notes can only be encased on the items on the website and cannot be converted to cash at any time.
  • Please Note: There is no return or exchange in new products or brand new condition.

REFUNDS

  • For orders under INR 10,000/-
     We process the refund within 21 business days and charge a fee of INR 1000 or 5% (whichever is higher) on the amount being refunded.
  • For orders over INR 10,000/-
     We process the refund within 21 business days and charge a fee of INR 2000 or 5 % (whichever is higher) on the amount being refunded.
  • Any deposits or advances paid against an item will be reversed via credit note only within 7 business days. Please note that the credit note is non transferable and cannot be encased after validity expires.
  • In case of cancellation
      We process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
